We’re an AI agency that turns everyday business bottlenecks into useful systems. We find the opportunity, build the solution, and help keep it working.
↳ Your people. Your process. A little more possibility.
The DesignStack perspective
Start with the work. Use the right tools. Stay for what comes next.
✳
01 / What we do
From the first question to the everyday operation.
One connected approach to making AI useful. Start where you need us.
01Discover↗
Start with the right problem.
We look at how work actually gets done. Together, we find the bottleneck, separate useful opportunities from distractions, and define what a better outcome looks like.
Workflow mapping · Opportunity assessment · A focused plan
02Build↗
Make the useful thing real.
A focused pilot. The right integrations. Testing against real work. We design and engineer AI systems around your team, your tools, and the decisions that matter.
AI workflows · Custom tools · System integrations
03Monitor↗
Stay responsible after launch.
A working demo is a beginning. We help you understand how the system performs, catch failures, review output quality, and improve it as your business changes.
Evaluations · Observability · Ongoing improvement
02 / Where AI helps
Less friction. More forward motion.
The best opportunities are often hiding in the work you repeat. Here are a few places to look.
01
Documents & data
From a full inbox to a clear next step.
Extract the useful information from incoming documents, check it against your rules, and route exceptions to a person.
Document intake / Structured extraction
02
Knowledge & answers
Make what your team knows easier to find.
Connect internal knowledge to a search experience that points people to the source and makes uncertainty visible.
Internal search / Source-backed answers
03
Operations & support
Give every request a better starting point.
Organize incoming requests, prepare a useful first draft, and keep the judgment calls with the people who know the customer.
Support triage / Human review
04
Reporting & workflows
Spend less time moving work between tools.
Bring the right data together, prepare recurring reports, and connect the handoffs that currently happen by hand.
Workflow integration / Reporting
Illustrative applications. Every engagement starts with your workflow and a clear definition of success.
03 / Beyond the launch
The launch is the starting line.
Useful systems need attention. Inputs change. Teams evolve. Models make mistakes. We build for that reality, with visibility into what’s working and a plan for what happens when it isn’t.
Monitoring scope, review cadence, and response expectations are agreed for each engagement.
What we keep an eye on
01
Execution
Did the workflow run, and where did it fail?
↗
02
Output quality
Is the result useful, accurate, and fit for the task?
↗
03
Cost & performance
What does it cost to run, and how long does it take?
↗
04
Human oversight
What needs a person’s attention before moving forward?
↗
↳ Clear signals. Human judgment. Continuous improvement.
✳
Thoughtful by design. Practical by nature.
04 / The agency
AI ambition. Engineering discipline.
DesignStack is an independent AI agency founded by Blake Campbell. We bring a software engineer’s care to the whole engagement: understanding the problem, building around real constraints, and taking responsibility for how the system works.
We believe technology earns its place by helping people do their work better. That means a clear purpose, useful software, and people in the loop where judgment matters.
With a conversation about the work: what your team does, where it gets stuck, and what a useful improvement would look like. From there, we define a focused scope and a way to evaluate it.
Do we need to know exactly what to build?
No. Bring the problem, the manual process, or the idea you want to pressure-test. Discovery helps determine whether AI, automation, conventional software, or a simpler process is the right answer.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
That is the starting point. We review your existing systems, access requirements, and integration options before recommending a build. The goal is to fit the workflow your team actually uses.
What happens after the system launches?
We can agree on ongoing monitoring and improvement as part of the engagement. Review frequency, response expectations, ownership, and what gets measured are defined together, rather than left implicit.
Let’s put something useful into the world
What’s slowing your team down?
Bring a process, a problem, or a possibility. We’ll start with a conversation.
